Presented by Land Stewardship Centre, this Stewards in Motion webinar will highlight the valuable contributions and unique perspectives that Indigenous peoples provide towards conservation and sustainable development.

Over the years, there has finally been a growing and undeniable need to connect and build relationships with Indigenous communities. The aim of this webinar is to generate a conversation, share knowledge and enable us to learn about and from each other, including:

• Outlining best practices for building trust, respect and ultimately lasting relationships with Indigenous communities.
• Supporting the increased desire for community stewardship organizations to incorporate Indigenous knowledge into their efforts as an important first step when planning/initiating projects.
• Showcasing why these relationships are important and eventually build on featuring real life stories.
