Warren Noga
Warren is a policy analyst with the Rural Municipalities of Alberta (RMA), where he researches a variety of issues that affect rural municipalities. Prior to working with the RMA, Warren gained hands on experience in the municipal world with Brazeau County as an assistant agricultural fieldman.
Warren holds a B.Sc. in environmental and conservation science from the University of Alberta with a major in environmental economics and policy. He built on these skills by obtaining a M.Sc. in agricultural and resource economics, focusing on the cost of various conservation offset programs.
Warren frequently enjoys fishing, camping, and hiking trips in Alberta’s scenic backcountry.
