  • An Introduction to Strategic Planning – What is strategic planning, why do it, and what are the basic components? Get the answers with this general guide from the Resource Centre for Voluntary Organizations.
  • Strategic Planning Toolkit – A little planning goes a long way. This excellent resource provides a comprehensive model for taking an organisation through a strategic planning process. It covers the background issues that need to inform or direct the strategic planning process, and defines the strategic framework for project or organization activities.
